基于matlab的图像边缘检测算法研究
摘要
图像边缘检测技术是数字图像处理技术的基础研究内容是物体识别的重要基础。 传统的边缘检测技术噪声抑制有限，阈值参数选择自适应能力差，有待进一步改进和提高。
本文首先介绍了图像边缘检测这一课题的意义和背景； 作为理论基础，第二章简要介绍了Roberts算子、Sobel算子、Prewitt算子、Laplacian算子、LOG算子等传统的图像边缘检测算法，回顾了经典的边缘检测算法，最后给出了Canny算法第三章结合Canny算法的基本原理、算法三个标准、算法思路和检测步骤，提出了改进Canny算子中图像滤波平滑处理和取阈值算法的方法，并进行了实验检测。
传统Canny算法采用高斯滤波器对图像滤波平滑的效果有待改善，本文引用自适应中值滤波器，在使用Canny算法之前对图像进行滤波，图3.4的结果表明检测效果明显当获得阈值时，可以通过使用Otsu算法，使用顶帽运算符对图像进行预处理以补偿图像，来获得更合适的阈值； 图3.5和图3.6的检测结果分别在滤波、阈值两方面进行了实验对比，并与传统Canny算法的检测结果进行了比较，显示了本文采用的改进算法的优越性。
