This may be due to a blocked port，missing dependencies，首先看到了端口。 3306端口未被占用。
我在网上看到了运行批处理文件的解决方案，但需要重新启动：

只有多次删除ibdata1、ib_logfile1和ib_logfile0才能启动mysql。 第一次删除后，确实也无法启动。
操作无法通过直接复制和粘贴数据库文件的方法恢复数据库，并且即使数据库无法启动，以后可以删除日志文件并启动数据库，也无法浏览数据库中的表文件
