IDEA使用 更换背景颜色护眼色设置

1. 设置编辑器护眼色 File-->Setting-->Editor--> Color Scheme --> General --> Default text // 设置为 R = 204，G = 232 ，B = 207 ， #cce8cf 2.设置工程区和导航栏背景

File–>Setting–>Appearance & Behavior–>File Colors,点+号进行设置

3. 设置项目背景护眼色（插入背景图片）

效果图：

在编辑器处按快捷键：ctrl+shift+a,
搜索set background image

或
在File–>Setting–>Appearance & Behavior–>Appearance–>Background Image

设置背景图片

4.更改主题windows实现

ps:自己未找到更换主题为windows选项，未成功
