1、上传功能。将上传的文件保存到服务器上，同时将服务器上文件的路径，文件名等等数据存到数据库中。
2、显示数据库中保存的文件列表。
3、选择对应的文件点击下载，后台到数据库中读取路径，然后处理请求。
