mac自带的终端是不支持lrzsz的，需要下载安装iterm2Mac OS终端利器iTerm2
安装homebrew brew的MAC安装
macOS安装lrzsz 进入/usr/local/dtdzm
由于原作者下架了项目，我们只能手动新建脚本了，下面请无脑全部复制即可。
1.创建iterm2-recv-zmodem.sh

chmodxiterm2- send-zmodem.shchmodxiterm2- recv-zmodem.sh http://www.Sina.com /
步骤：同时按command“，”键打开item2的“首选项”面板-“配置文件”选项卡-“高级触发”。 单击Edit

选中instant后，不需要重新启动items，可以轻松传输文件。
