Abstract:

in the background of the increasing demand for data acquisition system and the monopoly of high-end technology by foreign countries, domestic researchers pay more and more attention to the research of data acquisition system. Based on this premise and the actual project requirements, this paper studies two kinds of data acquisition system schemes with the characteristics of wide application range, strong operability and low cost. The first scheme studied in this paper is a multi-channel data acquisition system based on USB. In the micro-processor technology which affects the system performance, Based on the analysis of A/D conversion technology, mass storage technology and interface technology, the hardware of the system is designed and the actual circuit board is made. Then the software of the system is designed, and the control program of each module circuit is completed. The data acquisition system with sixteen channels, ping-pong operation storage, large capacity NAND FLASH storage and USB interface can directly realize the storage function of U disk, because U disk has hot plug, convenient carrying, and the whole system has the advantages of convenient operation, The second scheme is the wireless transmission system of multi-node detector data acquisition based on Zigbee. Then the software design of the system is emphasized: Comprises the following steps of: cutting a Z-shaped Stack protocol stack, and developing ZigBee wireless data transmission and FPGA data receiving function software; Finally, the system test and data analysis are carried out. The scheme realizes the multi-node data can be transmitted from ZigBee network to FPGA without the intervention of the upper computer, which meets the unmanned operation of the system. At the same time, FPGA replaces the traditional MCU to communicate with ZigBee, which is helpful to use ZigBee in more complex occasions with higher requirements on performance and timing.
