为庆祝改革开放四十周年，浙江省委宣传部于8月至12月举办“美丽浙江”双语图文视频征集及推广活动。活动面向全省各地各单位征集反映“美丽浙江”主题、展现浙江改革开放以来取得的新成就的英文或中英双语图文视频。
自8月活动启动以来，活动得到了浙江省各地各单位的热烈响应。12月3日起，中国·浙江英文网和中英文脸谱专页，浙江日报新媒体运营中心，浙江电视台国际频道将在传播平台上共同展播优秀作品，展示美丽浙江的无穷魅力。美丽浙江，快看“浙”里！
一、东海之门 台州椒江
这里是东海之门，
六千年前这里只是汪洋中的几座岛屿。
世代勤奋豪迈的椒江人，
筑塘围涂，防洪潮，护田地，
终于造就了这一片锦绣江南。
如今，飞速发展的椒江，
不断强化改革推动，创新驱动和产城互动。
这里不仅拥有中国最大的缝制设备生产和出口基地，
还是浙江省重要的船舶修造基地。

As a gateway to the East China Sea, Jiaojiang was just small islands six thousand years ago. From generation to generation, the diligent Jiaojiang people have built up dams for preventing flood and protecting farmlands, establishing a splendid place in Jiangnan Region. Today, Jiaojiang is dedicated to promoting the economic reform, increasing motivation for pursuing innovation-driven development and energizing industry-city interactions. It houses China's largest sewing equipment production and export base and is an important shipbuilding base of Zhejiang Province. 二、走唐诗西路 品诗意桐庐

Tonglu is such a place where you can get an odd sense of deja vu the minute you entered it. Boating on the Fuchun River Small Three Gorges is like boating in a Chinese ink painting. Chuiyun Tongtian River and Yaolin Wonderland lead you into a world full of fantastic caves and magical landscapes. 三、嵊州茶香景美客自来
嵊州地处浙江东部，境内四山环抱，四水交汇，山青水秀，生态优越，是全国茶叶十强县，也是全国龙井茶产量最大的一个产区。嵊州产茶历史远可追溯到汉代。在宋、元、明、清各个朝代，“剡溪茶”历来都是朝廷贡品。
Located in the eastern part of Zhejiang Province, Shengzhou is surrounded by mountains and abundant in water resources, forming a great natural ecological environment for tea production. Shengzhou is one of the largest Longjing tea production areas in China, also a top 10 national tea production county. The history of tea production in Shengzhou can be traced back to the Han Dynasty. In the dynasties of Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing, Shengzhou tea was a tribute to the imperial court.
近年来，有着“中国茶叶之乡”美誉、盛产“越乡龙井”的嵊州着力弘扬茶文化，进一步做大做强“越乡龙井”品牌，推动茶产业发展。
In recent years, Shengzhou, the “Hometown of Tea”, is committed to promoting its tea culture, further publicizing Yuexiang Longjing tea brand and strengthening the tea industry.
目前，嵊州市现有茶园面积18万亩，约20万人从事茶叶生产或相关产业。2017年，茶叶总产量1.96万吨，总产值8.6亿元。2017年，越乡龙井品牌价值达24.98亿元。嵊州市通过借力茶产业发展，切实践行了国家“乡村振兴”战略，让嵊州的农民在茶产业的富民之路上越走越顺。
Shengzhou’s tea gardens cover an area of 12000 ha. Approximately 200,000 people are engaged in related tea industries. In 2017, the total output of tea was 19,600 tons, generating a total output value of 860 million yuan. The value of Yuexiang Longjing brand reached 2.498 billion yuan. By leveraging the development of the tea industry, Shengzhou has practiced the rural revitalization initiative which has greatly increased farmers’ income and improved their living.
四、岱山休渔谢洋大典展感恩海洋新理念
祭海是沿海渔民崇拜和信仰海龙王及海上诸神的一种祭祀方式，是东海海洋文化史中最具海洋渔文化的民间民俗之一。岱山素以“渔盐之利，舟楫之便”闻名遐迩，早在史前靠海吃海的渔民就有对海洋的祭祀活动，形成了“出海祭龙王、丰收谢龙王、求雨靠龙王”的民俗。
Sea-worshiping, a kind of sacrifice rite of the coastal fishermen worshiping Dragon King and the ocean gods in the past, is one of the folk customs featuring distinctive marine culture of the East Sea region. Daishan County of Zhoushan is known for “making profits from fishing and salt, enjoying convenience of ships” and its ancient sea-worshiping activities that can trace back to as early as the prehistoric period. Daishan has the folk customs of “worshiping Dragon King before going to ocean, giving thanks to Dragon King for the harvest, praying to Dragon King for rain”.
岱山县将祭海这一古老的民俗加以整理和提升，选择在6月16日东海伏季休渔第一天隆重举行“休渔谢洋”大典，积极倡导让大海休养生息的理念，抒发人类对大海的感恩之情，积极传播人类与海洋和谐相处的理念。2005年6月16日，在东海渔区休渔第一天，岱山举办了首届中国海洋文化节，将祭海这一古老的民俗演绎成现代祭海谢洋大典。2006年，岱山县在古祭台旧址上新建了我国首个大型祭海坛，成为每届海洋文化节休渔谢洋大典的固定举办地。2009年，岱山开始承办舟山群岛•中国海洋文化节的休渔谢洋大典。
Daishan County promoted this ancient folk custom and chose to hold a grand sea-worshiping ceremony at the end of the fishing season on June 16, the first day of summer fishing moratorium of the East Sea, with an attempt to advocate the idea of rehabilitating the ocean, express gratitude to the ocean and publicize the idea of the harmony between the human and the ocean. On June 16, 2005, Daishan held the 1st China Marine Culture Festival and transformed the ancient folk custom to a modern gratitude expressing ceremony. In 2006, the county established China’s first large-scale sea-worshiping altar, making it the permanent venue for the annual Grand Ceremony of Gratitude Expressing at the End of Fishing Season during the China Marine Culture Festival. Daishan has been holding Zhoushan Archipelago & Grand Ceremony of Gratitude Expressing at the End of Fishing Season since 2009.
通过对传统祭海仪式的挖掘和提炼，休渔谢洋大典对渔民特有的祭海习俗进行了较为完整的演绎，整个大典分开幕仪式、祭祀仪式、歌舞谢洋三个篇章，打造出一场群众参与、渔民现场祭祀、百姓互动、名家传播集一身的休渔谢洋大典盛会。2008年，休渔谢洋大典以祭海（渔民）节入选国家第二批非物质文化遗产名录。
By refining the traditional sea-worshiping ceremony, Grand Ceremony of Gratitude Expressing at the End of Fishing Season consists of three chapters, i.e. the opening ceremony, sacrifice ceremony and expressing gratitude to ocean by singing and dancing, creating an integrated event with mass participation, sacrifice rites and exciting interactions. In 2008, the ceremony was selected as a national intangible cultural heritage.
中国海洋文化节·休渔谢洋大典以“弘扬海洋文化，实现和谐发展”为主旨，发掘、提炼祭海这一古老的民俗，以祭海为载体，积极倡导让大海休养生息，呼吁全人类关爱海洋、呵护海洋，表达岱山人民感恩海洋、善待海洋，也抒发了人类对大海的感恩之情的理念，关爱海洋是全人类的心声，提升了祭海活动的内涵。
By publicizing the marine culture and the idea of realizing the harmonious development, China Ocean Culture Festival & Grand Ceremony of Gratitude Expressing at the End of Fishing Season has upgraded the ancient sea-worshiping folk custom. With ocean worship as its carrier, the Ceremony actively advocates the idea of rehabilitating the ocean, appeals to all human beings to care for the ocean, expresses the human’s gratitude to the ocean. As caring for the ocean is an ultimate aim of all human beings, it has promoted the connotation of the sea-worshiping activities.
