为实施积极应对人口老龄化国家战略，加强新时代老龄工作，提升广大老年人的获得感、幸福感、安全感，日前，《中共中央国务院关于加强新时代老龄工作的意见》正式发布。China has released a guideline for measures to further implement its national strategy to address population aging, step up its efforts to tackle the problem in the new era, and boost the sense of fulfillment, happiness and safety among the elderly. The guideline was jointly issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council.

【知识点】人口老龄化是社会发展的重要趋势，是人类文明进步的体现，也是今后较长一段时期我国的基本国情。人口老龄化对经济运行全领域、社会建设各环节、社会文化多方面乃至国家综合实力和国际竞争力，都具有深远影响，挑战与机遇并存。有效应对我国人口老龄化，事关国家发展全局，事关亿万百姓福祉，事关社会和谐稳定，对于全面建设社会主义现代化国家具有重要意义。《中共中央国务院关于加强新时代老龄工作的意见》从健全养老服务体系、完善老年人健康支撑体系、促进老年人社会参与、着力构建老年友好型社会、积极培育银发经济等五个方面提出具体工作要求，列出了创新居家社区养老服务模式、建立基本养老服务清单制度、完善多层次养老保障体系、深入推进医养结合、扩大老年教育资源供给、加强老年人权益保障、发展适老产业等相关举措，促进老年人养老服务、健康服务、社会保障、社会参与、权益保障等统筹发展，推动老龄事业高质量发展，走出一条中国特色积极应对人口老龄化道路。
